Due to the nature of our business and the fact that we sell preowned, preloved handbags and accesories - it is important to examine all photos in the listing and thoroughly read the "Condition Notes" in each listing and manage your expectations accordingly. 

We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations due to buyers remorse, because the item didn't fit, didn't fulfill your specific needs or because you expected your preloved purchase to be in brand new condition.  Furthermore - due to the high risk of return fraud when it comes to luxury items - as a small business it is in our best intetrest to avoid returns alltogether, we hope you understand.

We guarantee authenticity or your money back!

2ndLove Luxury, LLC is an Entrupy Verified Business!  Most purse, wallet, and luggage purchases via our website will come with a complimentary certificate of authenticity.   

We are partnered with Entrupy and Authentic Detective to authenticate our luxury handbags, wallets, and luggage.  Entrupy and Authentic Detective are third party authentication companies that are not affiliated with Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Dior, Prada, Fendi, Chanel, MCM, Burberry, etc.   

A third party Certificate of Authenticity gives you the peace of mind to know that the item that you are purchasing is authentic. 

If, for some reason you have a concern or doubt regarding the authenticity of your purchased item once you receive it, you are welcome to have it authenticated via a reputable authenticator of your choosing at your own expense.   We will not accept any verbal "fake" claims or your personal, non-professional opinion regarding an item's authfenticity given the fact that all of our items have been authenticated.    However -  if you receive an item from us that if deemed to be inauthentic with a letter of evidence from a reputable authenticator please contact us so that we can send you a return label and initiate a claim with our vendor.

*The items in our Luxury on the Low collection of the website do not come with a complimentary COA - these are items being offered at a much lower than market cost and in order to offer these items at $99 or under we can't include complimentary COAs - however a COA can be added for $25 extra for items in this collection.   It is at the buyers discretion to add the COA or not.  Regardless of whether an Entrupy certificate is purchased for the item, the items in this collection go through several layers of in-house authentication and we still guarantee authenticity for items in this collection just like we do for the items in the main collection. 

ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING

The only exception to our "no return" policy is for items damaged in shipping.  Should you receive an item that it broken or damaged, please contact us at 2ndlovelux@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your package.  Please submit a minimum of five (5) photos of the damaged item to include a photo of the box and/or packaging, a photo of the label, and photos of the damaged item from various angles.  

RETURN PROCESS IN THE EVENT OF SHIPPING DAMAGE

After receiving your email, we will issue a return label, place the item securely in its original packaging and and mail your return to us within 3 business days.  After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange and send out a replacement item.  In the event that the item has run out of stock and is no longer available we will issue a refund back to your original payment method.  Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
